01Start Here
Tell us your address, what you’re hoping to change, and a budget range you’re comfortable with. That’s the whole form — no photos, no measurements. You’ll get a call back within one business day.
02The First Call
About fifteen minutes, and you’ll talk to the owner. We go through what you want, roughly what that kind of work runs, and when you’d want it done. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you on this call.
03An Estimate, Or A Design
A single patio or one planting bed only needs measuring and pricing — that estimate is free. Once a project passes about $10,000, we move into a paid design phase, drawn to scale, with half the fee coming off installation.
04The Build
We walk you through the plan and an itemized installation price, phased if you’d rather build in stages. When you’re ready, we give you a real start date, and our own crew does the work.

We stock two acres of material and install everything with our own crew, so the same stone we sell is the stone we install, with no brokers or middleman markups. Our hardscape work comes with a two-year warranty, double the local norm, while trees and shrubs are covered for one year with irrigation or thirty days without it. You’ll also know your design fee from the first call, before any work begins, with half of that fee credited toward installation and the final plan yours to keep no matter who builds it.

How much mulch or rock do I actually need?
Measure the length and width of each bed and pick your depth — two to three inches is standard for mulch. One cubic yard covers about 100 square feet at three inches. Call us with your numbers and we will do the math with you so you order once.
Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Yes. We run our own trucks across Tallahassee and the surrounding communities daily. Delivery is a flat fee based on distance and load size, and we place the material where you want it — driveway, backyard or job site.
Can I pick material up myself?
Absolutely. Bring a truck or trailer to our two-acre yard and we will load you with a wheel loader. Most pickups are in and out within a few minutes, seven days a week.
Do you design and install, or just sell material?
Both. We have a full design-and-install crew that plans the project — soil, drainage, hardscape and planting — and builds it with material straight from our yard. No brokers, no subcontractor markups.
Do you charge for design?
Not every project needs one. A single patio or planting bed only needs measuring and pricing — that estimate is free. Projects over about $10,000 move into a paid design phase, drawn to scale with one round of revisions included, and half the design fee comes off the installation.
What warranty do you offer?
Two years on hardscape workmanship. Trees and shrubs carry a one-year warranty when irrigation is part of the design, or thirty days without it. Sod is guaranteed healthy at install, and we check in after the work is done.
